QA (Quero Automação Tecnologia da Informação Ltda.) warrants QA-branded products against manufacturing defects under the conditions below. These terms are valid together with the purchase invoice, of which they are part.
1. Warranty period
The warranty lasts 12 months from the purchase date on the invoice, throughout Brazil:
- 90 days of statutory warranty (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 26);
- 9 months of contractual warranty, which supplements the statutory one.
2. What the warranty covers
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects in original parts and components, including the malfunctions they cause, as confirmed by QA's technical analysis. Once the defect is confirmed, QA replaces the product with a new one or repairs it at the Authorized Service Center.
3. Installation
- Follow the product manual and installation guide.
- Products that require technical installation must be installed by a qualified professional. To find a QA integrator, visit queroautomacao.com.br/meu-projeto.
- Installation, configuration and labor are not included in the product price.
- Incorrect installation may void the warranty.
4. How to file a warranty claim
- Contact technical support as soon as you notice the defect: suporte@queroautomacao.com.br or WhatsApp (11) 99973-9640, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Brasília time).
- Follow the support team's instructions, which may include a video of the problem, shipping the product to the Authorized Service Center or a replacement.
- When support asks, send the product for technical analysis, which takes up to 30 calendar days.
During the warranty period, only QA may examine and repair the product. Repairs by third parties void the warranty.
5. What the warranty does not cover
- Damage from misuse, negligence or accident, use not in accordance with the manual, or incorrect installation or installation in an unsuitable location.
- Damage from external agents: lightning, floods, structural collapse, windstorms, power fluctuations or surges, excessive humidity, water leaks, chemical agents, electromagnetic interference, insects or rodents.
- Normal wear of parts from use and cosmetic marks that do not affect operation.
- Digital security issues: fraud, intrusion, attacks, sabotage, viruses or malware, and any resulting loss of data or information.
6. When the warranty is voided
The warranty becomes entirely void when:
- the product has been opened, tampered with or altered, or its seal has been broken;
- the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed;
- the product has been repaired by a technician not authorized by QA;
- the hardware or software has been modified, or non-original components have been installed;
- the product has been used outside the manual or the technical specifications, including in extreme conditions;
- the defect was caused by the consumer, by third parties or by the external agents listed in item 5.
7. Consumer responsibilities
- Back up data regularly: the warranty does not cover data loss.
- Keep the software up to date and the network protected against intrusion.
- Keep the invoice and the original packaging for the entire warranty period.
- Send photos or videos of the defect when support asks.
8. Limitation of liability
QA is not liable for:
- product installation;
- fraud, sabotage, intrusion or cyberattacks;
- damage caused by third parties;
- lost profits or indirect damages;
- incompatibility with non-approved third-party devices.
Every connected electronic device is subject to fraud and interference that can affect its operation: the consumer must take appropriate security measures.
9. Changes
QA may change the technical and aesthetic features of its products without prior notice, discontinue models or product lines and update these terms in accordance with the law.
10. General provisions
- These terms are governed by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Law 8.078/1990) and other applicable laws.
- Images in manuals, printed or online, are for illustration only.
- The product's manufacturing process is not covered by the requirements of ISO 14001.
- Origin: China (imported product).
